A late call up and with no practice Frederico Melo on Jib and Spin trim, Javier on the helm and myself in the middle doing main and tactics teamed up for the classic Princess Sofia held out of Club Nautico Palma. Six races were held over two days. Both days were a little tricky with some shifty winds and changing sea state. After the first day we were third. The local teams Nova and Capa were doing well as always. The Sunday we improved and found some good form. Our starts, modes, communication and crew work gelled so that we managed to hold off the strong locals and get three straight bullets.
